It's that time of year where we get to set goals once again. One advantage of being pregnant is that I don't have to put down lose weight!
Here it is:
1) Have a baby girl, and decorate her room, and buy tons of stinking cute pink stuff!
2) Read my Sunday school and Relief Society lessons beforehand
3) Catch up on scrapbooking
4) Finish garden pavers
5) Actually grow something in my garden
6) Let my kids see Yellowstone (because it's so far away you know)
7) Have my hair be in a pony tail
8)) Learn more about Photoshop
9) Write more
10) Make Birthday cupcakes that I am proud of and don't cringe when I look at pictures of what I made.
(Here's the cake that made me decide to switch to cupcakes! Uggg! )
11) Cherish the moments with my kids more
12) Fully finish the basement (cabinets and drawers on computer table, tile in bathtub)
I know it's not too ambitious, but these are my goals for this year. Hope you have a great year!
That photoshop one should be one of my goals. That program just stumps me.
ReplyDeleteThey sound like great goals to me! You know I've heard the best way to accomplish goals is to write them down and put them where you will see them all the time. Maybe I'll have to try it someday. :-)
ReplyDeleteWe should get everyone together this summer who wants to take their kids on a run through the park (Yellowstone Park, that is) and caravan up there - camp one night - and see all there is to see and be back before they drive us crazy. Oh, well - send us a post card because we won't make it out of the driveway. Really, though. It would be fun!
ReplyDeleteI actually think those are fantastic goals for this year, and very do-able.
ReplyDeleteThose are great goals. I hope you reach all of them this year!
ReplyDeleteI need to learn about Photoshop too. I like your goal of reading your RS and Sunday School Lesson. Such good ones. Hope you have a great 2009.
ReplyDeleteThose are all "someday" goals of mine too, but I haven't ever made them official like you just did! Except the Yellowstone one. We did already make plans for that this year. Maybe I'll pick a couple more off your list too - thanks for doing all the work for me!
