I have a lot of creative people and food blogs I haunt. Mostly I keep them to myself because you are big kids and can go to the sites you are interested in, but today my facebook friend (thanks Katie!) posted about Weelicious. I have just starred about 50 of their recipes.
Don't be afraid that it is only kiddie food. It all looks really good. Just sayin that you need to check it out.

Just saying.....

1) Do you think it is better for a 15 1/2 month old to a) drink from a bottle or b) stop drinking milk altogether, but not drink from a bottle (keep in mind that she is in the 1% on weight!) ??
The doctors keep telling me no more bottles. This week I'm trying to be strong, but no milk has gone down in the sippy.

2) Always the optimist that kids can play for more than 5 minutes with friends before asking for the Wii, so when B asked after 3, I said, "Really, can't you play for a little longer?"
B, "It's not my idea! It's always his idea. What do you want me to do, break up with him??"

3) Why are baby blankets so hard to get rid of for me? Especially homemade ones. We don't use most of them anymore, but I can't bring myself to depart with many of them. Anyone else have this problem?

She's got rhythmn

C has a very unique boogy I've been trying to capture. This doesn't fully capture how cute it is, but it's the closest thing I have so far. She wiggles her whole body starting with her shoulders. Pretty funny. The boys never dance liked that for sure.

Bear Lake

For Labor Day weekend we got invited to our friends cabin at Bear Lake. We had such a blast boating, jumping on the trampoline, riding four-wheelers, playing games and laughing in delirium. The kids all got a long really well, so that always makes things nice. (and is a miralce considering we had 13 kids 9 and younger) Their highlight was probably catching "Splash" the snake and tube riding for hours.
C and her friend K sat by each other for each meal and stole each others food.
A few mishaps with some head bonks, but all in all a great weekend. Thanks guys!

New School Year

Well, we have survived our first couple of weeks of school. The boys seem to like their teachers.

C thinks going all day is a little long, but he is happy when he gets home.

And T finally got to go yesterday and loooved it. He wishes he could go every day.
